We recommend booking at least 7-10 days in advance. During peak season (February–July), booking 2-3 weeks ahead ensures you get your preferred moving date and time slot. However, we also accommodate urgent moves based on availability – just call us!

Yes! We supply all necessary packing materials including corrugated boxes (multiple sizes), bubble wrap, foam sheets, stretch wrap, packing tape, and special boxes for fragile items like glassware and electronics. All materials are included in our packing service cost.

We understand that plans change. You can reschedule your move by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your new date. Last-minute changes are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on crew and vehicle availability.

Yes, all our services are door-to-door. Our team comes to your home, packs everything, loads it onto our vehicle, transports it to your new address, and unloads it for you. We can also unpack and help arrange items at your new location upon request.

Yes, we provide pan-India relocation services. Our primary offices are in Pune and Mumbai, but we serve all major Indian cities including Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Surat, Nagpur, and more. Contact us with your specific route for confirmation.

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport hazardous materials (flammable liquids, explosives), live animals or plants, perishable food items, and illegal substances. We also advise clients to personally carry important documents, jewelry, and cash.

We offer optional transit insurance coverage for all moves. We strongly recommend opting for insurance to protect your valuable items against any unforeseen damage or loss during transportation. Our team will help you choose the right coverage amount.

In the unlikely event of damage, we have a formal claims process. If transit insurance was purchased, your claim will be processed through the insurance provider. Even without insurance, we take responsibility for damage caused due to our team's negligence and will work with you to resolve it.

Yes. All our staff members undergo background verification before joining our team. We employ trained, experienced, and trustworthy professionals. You can feel safe having our team in your home or office during the move.

Our team uses protective floor covers, corner guards, door frame protectors, and furniture padding to prevent scratches and scuffs on your floors, walls, and doors during the move.

We transport all types of vehicles including hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs, luxury cars, sports cars, motorcycles, and scooters. We use appropriate carriers and packing methods for each vehicle type.

Our team will guide you through the preparation process. Generally, you should remove all personal items from the car, ensure the fuel level is below 1/4 tank, disable the car alarm, and have the car serviced if there are any existing issues. We'll do the rest!

Transit time depends on the distance. Typically: within Maharashtra (1-2 days), neighboring states (2-4 days), across India like Pune to Delhi or Bangalore (4-7 days). We'll give you an estimated delivery timeline at the time of booking.
