These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website vrlworldwide.com and the services provided by VRL Worldwide Relocation (Proprietor: Mukesh Kumar, GSTIN: 27GEZPK1496H1ZM). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

VRL Worldwide Relocation provides professional relocation and moving services including, but not limited to: household relocation, office relocation, car and bike transportation, packing and moving, loading and unloading, and storage and warehousing. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only upon mutual agreement of the scope of services, pricing, and date between VRL Worldwide Relocation and the customer.
• A booking confirmation may be provided verbally, via WhatsApp, email, or written agreement.
• The customer must provide accurate information about the items to be moved, origin, destination, and access conditions. Any discrepancy may result in revised pricing.
• VRL Worldwide Relocation reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope differs from what was quoted.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian tax law.
• Payment terms (advance, full payment on delivery, etc.) will be specified at the time of booking.
• VRL Worldwide Relocation does not charge hidden fees. Any additional charges (e.g., for extra floors, additional items, or special services) will be communicated in advance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must disclose all items to be moved, including fragile, high-value, or oversized items.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the pickup and delivery locations.
• Hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, and live animals must not be included in any shipment.
• The customer must remove personal valuables, cash, jewelry, and important documents before the move. VRL Worldwide Relocation is not responsible for these items.
• The customer must be present (or have an authorized representative) at both pickup and delivery to inspect and sign off on the consignment.

5. Liability & Insurance

• VRL Worldwide Relocation takes reasonable care to ensure safe handling of all goods.
• Our liability for damage or loss during transit is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, subject to inspection and verification.
• Liability does not extend to inherent defects, pre-existing damage, or damage resulting from items packed by the customer.
• We strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance for all high-value items. Optional transit insurance is available at an additional cost.
• Claims for damage must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be entertained after this period.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled move date will not incur any cancellation charges.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the move may incur a reasonable administrative charge.
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of any advance payment made.
• Rescheduling is allowed subject to crew and vehicle availability. Please inform us as early as possible.

7. Delays

While we strive to complete all moves on schedule, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or other force majeure events. VRL Worldwide Relocation will communicate any significant delays promptly but shall not be liable for losses arising from such delays.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website vrlworldwide.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of VRL Worldwide Relocation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Affiliation

VRL Worldwide Relocation is an independent business entity and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to VRL Logistics Limited, VRL Packers & Movers, or any other company using the "VRL" brand name. We are a separately registered proprietorship firm (GSTIN: 27GEZPK1496H1ZM) providing independent relocation services. Any similarity in name is coincidental, and customers are advised to verify our credentials independently.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

VRL Worldwide Relocation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
